These Terms of Service govern your use of Blimmi. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Blimmi.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at theblimmiapp@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban is not permitted.
Couple linking
Blimmi is designed for use between two people in a relationship. When you link with a partner, certain profile information and in-app activity — such as missions and question answers — becomes visible to them.
If you unlink from your partner, all shared content — including missions, questions, answers, and summaries — is permanently deleted from our servers immediately. This cannot be undone. You can also permanently delete all your own data by deleting your account.
Your content
You own the content you create in Blimmi, such as missions, answers, and profile photos. By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it within the app solely to provide the service to you and your partner.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you submit does not violate anyone else's rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Blimmi for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the app
- Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt our systems or infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the app
Advertising
Blimmi is free to use and is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by Google and is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Intellectual property
All rights in the Blimmi app, including its design, code, and content created by us, are owned by or licensed to Blimmi. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
Disclaimers
Blimmi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blimmi and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you in-app when we do and update the effective date above. Continued use of Blimmi after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
